Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP), is a treatment option for addiction and mental health issues that offers a 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝 approach without requiring you to live at a facility.

The goal is to provide 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 and 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 for recovery while allowing you to maintain your daily life! 🤍

It involves -
• group therapy
• individual counseling
• educational sessions
• case management
