In my life personally as well as helping people recover from trauma, sleep is such an important part of healing... From our ability to heal bones and tissues to the very neural circuits of our mind, sleep is an essential component and often an early and persistent indicator of wounding. Heather Darwall-Smith in her first book The Science of Sleep created an easy to navigate text that is both visually appealing and full of helpful information. I am excited to finally receive her next book to learn more :)
