In grade school I befriended bullies, opened my heart and melted their actions.
In middle school I learned to box, and when a bully wanted to fight, I said "okay". We boxed on the playground; we became friends and there was no more bullying.
In high school when a student was teased or insulted, I spoke up and told the bully to "knock it off" and then asked for a peaceful resolution.
As an adult I've advocated for all human rights, counseled and assisted adulted to release and heal their wounds from bullies of all kinds, to set healthier boundaries and reclaim their power.
We all have a right to say "No" when we feel treated unfairly or feel our sovereign rights to live with the freedom of choice is limited and threatened. And to say "yes" when we in our hearts and minds know that "yes" is the right and perfect choice.
I have always stood for peace, love and light and I have always believed in freedom, unity and justice for all.
Now I am a leader of love, light and peace. I am a leader for the wellbeing of all life. All life is sacred, every human, every plant and every animal. I believe in my Native American roots that all life should be treated with honor, respect and reverence, because all life comes from the divine source, the creator of all. If want to stop a bully from controlling you, stand up to that bully, send him/her love to melt away their fear and pray that they too will return from the fear that shrouds them in darkness and remember that they too are creations from a source of love.
