Hi, I’m Tierra 🤍

This page has shifted because I have shifted.
I’m a certified clinical aromatherapist, herbalist, and founder of Reign Body & Soul Aromatherapy and I’m also someone who has lived with chronic migraine, chronic pain, and a body that has required me to slow down and truly listen.

I don’t teach holistic wellness from theory alone. I teach from lived experience, education, and years of using integrative, natural practices to support my own health while honoring modern care.

This space is now fully dedicated to realistic holistic wellness so think gentle remedies, nervous system support, ancestral wisdom, and self-care that’s sustainable… not perfect.

Healing doesn’t always look dramatic.
Sometimes it’s quiet.
Sometimes it’s slow.
Sometimes it’s just choosing to support your body instead of pushing it.

Lately, I’ve been leaning into gentle wellness. Think of warm teas, deep breaths, intentional rest, and listening to what my body is asking for instead of ignoring it. Your body is always communicating. The more you listen, the more it heals.

Healing is a lifestyle; not a quick fix.

When your chest feels heavy, your throat is scratchy, and your body is fighting something… listen to it. 🤍

Upper respiratory illnesses can be tough, but there are gentle, natural ways to support your body while it heals. Here are a few holistic go-to’s I swear by:
🌿 Warm fluids first
Herbal teas, warm lemon water, or bone broth help soothe the throat, loosen mucus, and keep the body hydrated.
🌿 Steam + eucalyptus or peppermint
Inhaling steam helps open airways and relieve congestion. A few drops of essential oil in a bowl of hot water or shower steam goes a long way.
🌿 Raw honey
Nature’s cough suppressant. Add it to tea or take a spoonful before bed to calm irritation.
🌿 Elderberry & vitamin C
Great for immune support and shortening the duration of symptoms.
🌿 Rest (yes, real rest)
Your body heals best when you slow down. Sleep, nap, and don’t push through it.
🌿 Warm compresses on chest or sinuses
Helps ease tightness and promotes circulation.
🌿 Hydration + humidity
Dry air makes symptoms worse. Use a humidifier if you can, and drink more water than usual.

✨ Gentle reminder: Healing isn’t about “pushing through.” It’s about supporting your body with intention and care.
