Hey care partners!

I hesitated to post this. Not because I was afraid of showing my support for this amazing community, but because I didn't want to just slap a generic "Happy Pride" post out there, especially with all the bullsh*t that has been going on.
I don't want to just wish you a 'Happy Pride', I want you to dance, celebrate, and find joy whenever and wherever you can. I want you to find so much joy that all the homophobes are jealous and question why they cannot find such joy in life. Remember that your mere existence brings joy to this world and that you are loved, seen and valued just as you are. šŸ³ļøā€šŸŒˆ

After caregiving, who are you?

Caregiving changes you. It asks so much of you—your time, energy, emotions—sometimes at the cost of your own identity. And when caregiving ends, many of us are left wondering who we are beyond that role.

I see this all the time in my work as an art therapist. The transition out of caregiving can feel overwhelming, but here’s what I know: creative expression can help you process, heal, and reconnect with yourself.

That’s why I created Creativity After Caregiving Studio Sessions—a 5week virtual art therapy program specifically for former caregivers who are ready to find themselves again through art, self-reflection, and community.

šŸ’œ If you’ve felt lost after caregiving, this is for you.

The beta test is open now at a one-time-only price of $50—after this, it will never be this low again. If you want in, drop a šŸŽØ in the comments or send me a message!
