In 2017 Yoga teachers and Wellness Practitioners in Salisbury and Rowan County came together with a vision to create a space for wellness classes that are affordable and accessible to everyone. SoFul was initially named for its location in the SoFul District on South Fulton Street In Salisbury. To this day, we are committed to providing accessible and affordable yoga to everyone!SoFul Yoga and Wellness is a community space created for personal growth and transformation through yoga and wellness. We are now located in the Rail Walk District of Downtown Salisbury.

I’ve only been doing it for about two months. I love that it gives me a good start to my day.

2️⃣ What is your favorite thing about SoFul?
➡️ My favorite things about SoFul is the instructors and the atmosphere. The instructors always make you feel welcome and I look forward to yoga every week.

3️⃣ What are some of your favorite places in Salisbury/Rowan County?
➡️ My favorite places in salisbury are Koco Java because they have amazing coffee and I love going there after yoga. I also enjoy shopping at the boutiques downtown.

➡️ I’m in school to be a dental hygienist.

My favorite yoga pose is child’s pose because it’s the most relaxing.

➡️ I started a month ago! I love how relaxed each class is, I feel so good leaving each class, and it’s a great start to the day.

2️⃣ What is your favorite thing about SoFul?
➡️ My favorite thing is the people, each instructor is very nice and helpful.

3️⃣ What are some of your favorite places in Salisbury/Rowan County?
➡️ Koco Java is an awesome place!!! Not only do I work there but coffee is awesome, everyone is friendly! I also enjoy South Main Book Company, I love reading on my down time and everyone is very helpful and friendly!

4️⃣ What is a fun or interesting fact that we might not know about you?
➡️ My hair is naturally blonde! So many people think it’s colored but it’s all natural. I think my mom would cry if I put a touch of color in it!

Cow & cat pose because it is a nice stretch for my back.

➡️ I just started and absolutely love it. I love how relaxed I feel after the stretches and the calmness that comes with each class.

2️⃣ What is your favorite thing about SoFul?
➡️ The friendly teachers! They are so welcoming and make you feel very comfortable.

SoFul Yoga and Wellness of Salisbury is a community space created for personal growth and transformation through yoga and wellness. Located upstairs at 1024 South Fulton Street, the studio entrance is around the corner on Ridge Avenue. We offer a variety of yoga, Pilates, meditation, tai chi and other classes, as well as wellness workshops, continuing education, nutrition coaching, crystal mapping and special events.

Yoga teachers and wellness practitioners in Salisbury and Rowan County came together in 2017 with a vision to create a place to practice and teach in their own unique style and offer classes that are affordable to everyone. SoFul Yoga and Wellness is named for its location in the SoFul district on South Fulton Street in Salisbury, North Carolina. This eclectic corner of the city nestled at the intersection of three historic neighborhoods is home to live music, coffee, craft beer, an environmental conservation group, an art gallery, and now, a yoga and wellness studio!
