Our facility includes over 20,000 square feet of state of the art health equipment. Along with our friendly and knowledgeable staff, we provide the following amenities which make our members to feel comfortable and focus on reaching their health and fitness goals:

- We have over 40 group exercise classes per week, including Spinning, Yoga, Barre, LesMills BodyStep and BodyPump, Xtreme Hip Hop Step, and BodyFlow!

- We feature a private Ladies Apex area with machines specifically designed for a Womans body

- Plenty of Cardio Equipment including Treadmills, StairMaster, Rowing Machines, Ellipticals, Recumbent and Stand Up Bikes.

- Fully equipped, Spacious Locker rooms with Saunas.

- Protein shakes made with all natural ingredients, as well as Bottled Water, Gatorade, Muscle Milk and Myoplex among other sports drinks

- Child Care is available to members and has hours every day for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years of age. (extra charge)

- Knowledgeable Personal Trainers ready to helo you on the path to your heatlh and fitness goals

- Reasonable Prices for 12 month and 3 month contracts, with discounts offered to Students, Seniors 55+, Police, Firefighters, EMTs, Active Military and School Teachers

Don’t miss our upcoming Reform Wellness- GRAND OPENING!

We have been working hard on re-imagining our wellness space and can’t wait to share it with you.

💕We have a new look for our Yoga and Pilates Studio along with new formats including Reformer Based Classes. We have also added upgrades to our nail and massage areas and are bringing on a new Massage Therapist in 2026!

💎Join us on Saturday, January 24th starting at 8am and try out demo versions of our wellness classes from 8-10 (please register on our OFC app or MindBody) - and learn more with Reformer one on one demos and meet your Reformer Instructors from 10-12 (open house style)
