FLASHBACK FRIDAY: 2018…OUR 2 YEAR ANNIVERSARY 🎉

Back in 2018, we were celebrating 2 years in business… hoping we’d have many more anniversaries ahead of us.

Now here we are staring down YEAR 10. Crazy.

What started with one conversation and one opportunity turned into something way bigger than I could’ve imagined. A space with potential, a vision, and a team that helped bring it all to life.

Back then we had an incredible crew helping build the foundation of what ProForm would become. People who cared, worked hard, and created the culture our patients still talk about today.

That’s the part people don’t always see…

Businesses aren’t built by logos or treatment tables. They’re built by great people, loyal clients, trust, and showing up day after day.

From year 2 to year 10… we’ve grown, evolved, leveled up, and stayed true to what got us here:

➡️ Building real relationships
➡️ Refusing to be average

And we’re just getting started.

Flashback Friday as we count down to our 10-Year Anniversary Celebration on June 20, 2026 🎉

Today we’re looking back to July 2017 when we had the opportunity to be part of the Jamey Mroz Peak Performance Camp at Amesbury High School. We teamed up with Newman Chiropractic to help local athletes improve mobility, learn proper technique, and focus on injury prevention.

This was also back in the early ProForm days with my first two hires, MacKenzie and Tayler, helping build the foundation of what we were creating together.

And yes… this was also during my swooshy pants era 😂 At least I thought they were cool.

I miss those days, but moments like this played a huge role in shaping the vision, culture, and purpose behind what ProForm has become today. Grateful for every step of the journey and everyone who’s been part of it.

Most PTs know the system is broken…High volume. Burnout. Insurance running the show.

But very few actually do something about it.

On the latest episode of In The RACK Podcast, Chad sat down with Andrew Millet of Move Strong Physical Therapy to talk about what it really takes to build something different.

He started with ONE day per week while working home health…Now he’s built a team of PTs inside a performance gym.

We get into:
• Leaving the insurance model
• Building inside a performance facility
• Missed family time, turnover, and hard lessons
• Leadership, systems, and actually running a business
• Why mentorship ( ) matters

And something most people ignore…Your health.

Because if your training, nutrition, and hormones are off…Your business and leadership will be too.

At the end of the day…You don’t get to avoid hard. You just get to choose your hard.

Before the team. Before the space. Before ProForm became what it is today…It was just me.

A treatment table. A desk. And a vision that this profession could be done differently.

No shortcuts.
No “mill” model.
No handing patients off.

Just one-on-one care, putting people first, and building something I believed in… even when it wasn’t the popular route.

This is where it started.

And every single step since has been built on that same standard.

10 Years of ProForm 👊🏻

10 years ago… this started with a simple idea:

Physical therapy could be done better.

No rushing.
No bouncing between providers.
No insurance dictating care.

What started in 2016 as a traditional, insurance-based clinic quickly evolved into something different… something we believed in more.

A place where rehab meets performance.
A place where patients become family.

Over the past decade, we’ve:
