Due to the snowstorm, we’ll be delaying our opening until at least 2:00 PM tomorrow (Monday 1/26).

As of now, we plan to be open 2:00–7:00 PM, so if you have an appointment or training session during that window, we’d love to see you. If anything changes, please keep your phone nearby for updates.

As always, if you don’t feel comfortable driving in the snow, please call the clinic as soon as possible to reschedule.

I didn’t grow up as a distance runner. I was a sprinter. Fast forward a few years and I’ve gone from never running more than ½ a mile to completing marathons, half & full Ironmans, and covering 3,000+ miles in a single year across swim, bike, and run.

That transition didn’t happen because of fancy equipment or flashy certifications. It happened because of:

What a year it’s been at ProForm Physical Therapy 🤍

From welcoming so many new patients and clients, to hosting and attending some seriously fun and meaningful events, this year was full of growth in every way. We celebrated milestones inside and outside the clinic — including two new ProForm babies 🍼 (Nick welcoming Claire & Tay bringing in Zayden) and the help of one incredible fall intern who made a big impact on our team - shout out 💪🏼

Founded in 2016 by Dr. Chad Burnham, DPT, ProForm Physical Therapy is a privately owned clinic committed to excellent care of each and every patient that walks through our doors. Our mission is to promote the health and well-being of the Salisbury, Amesbury, Newburyport and Seabrook communities by providing accessible, high-quality, evidence-based care for patients of all ages.
