The holiday season is quickly approaching and we wanted to take this time to say - YOU'RE INVITED! 🎄❄️🎅🏼Come join us on Friday December 5th from 6:00p-9:00p for our 2nd Annual ProForm Holiday Party. Last year was such a blast and a great turn out that we’re deciding to do it again.

🎃 Happy Halloween from the ProFam 👻

This year’s theme had a little payback from last Halloween… and a special tribute to one of our own who isn’t in the clinic this year.

Yes, you guessed it…it’s Karyssa 🧡
Even though she’s holding it down in NY, she’s still with us in in true Halloween spirit. So, to keep her energy alive, we all dressed up as different versions of Karyssa for Halloween!

If you remember last year, Chad got roasted when everyone came as different phases of Chad. Well, this year it was Karyssa’s turn 😏

💁‍♀️ Nick kicked things off as “Selfie Karyssa” complete with the legendary gym mirror pose. Turns out she makes it look way easier than it is 😂

🥎 Chad came in as “Softball Karyssa”, rocking the championship year vibes and iconic braided pigtails. Shoutout to the ProForm-sponsored team of legends!

🏋️‍♀️ Hayden brought out “CrossFit Karyssa”, honoring her time in the CrossFit community. Don’t worry K-Dawg, we didn’t forget those WOD days.

☕ Brendan nailed “Front Desk Karyssa” blanket, Dunkin’ iced coffee, and all. The attention to detail was elite.

🎃 And finally…Karyssa herself came as “Karyssa” because who plays the role better than the original? Bonus points for the pumpkin accessory 😉

We just wanted to bring a little of that Karyssa energy back into the clinic this Halloween…and we think we nailed it.
