I found myself scrolling through retreat photos yesterday and realized how big I was smiling.

This shoot here with .ines on retreat I remember was so hot. It was high 90’s and so dry but in the background behind me was a table full of people conversing and laughing.
Enjoying their time.

Those moments. Those moments are what I love so much. I see online how many people that have remained friends and get together from meeting on retreat.
Someone yesterday at yoga on the alpaca farm said “it’s the ripple effect” and she’s right.

Let’s keep that going! 🧘
