I was chatting with two women yesterday about retreats. We all spoke about how we often hear retreats called vacation. Maybe you’re using your vacation time to join and that’s wonderful but retreats are so much more. Maybe you are joining to simply forget about your day to day worries but what you’ll find is space to come back to YOU. The you beyond thoughts and emotions.

To be in joy, to be heard and seen, to connect deeply in community. I’ll also guide you each day to move your body and mind and make sure you are fed as healthy as possible.

I’ve been creating these spaces for 10 years now and my whole heart goes into each one. 🫶🏼

I was in the kitchen yesterday whipping up healing salves and body creams and OH MY they came out AH-MAZING! They are now up on my herbal shop for sale 🌿

What do I get from this? Truth 🫶🏼
In a World of perfectly curated feeds and pages it’s a breath of fresh air to be real and to share that in hopes that others will also show their realness.

I think .kimberlee captured magic here because I am filled with joy and fun and smiles and sometimes, this is what yoga is.
