Hello again!

It’s been a long couple of years!! KreateYourKuves is finally getting rebranded!

I want to reintroduce myself as ALOT has changed since 2022! I am now a momma of 3 beautiful babies! She was the perfect addition I didnt know I needed!! In 2024, my spouse and I became homeowners and have been on the go since and kreateyourkurves was put on the back burner until I could give it 100%! Now, here we are!!

I will now have a stationary address in Salisbury, North Carolina and my mobile for my lovely clients in Ohio!

Recap about my journey:

For many years I struggled with my body and how I felt about myself . I felt sluggish , depressed , and I hated leaving the house. After I had my third child I was well over 200 pounds! I was back to not fitting any of my clothes and it was disheartening to be back to square one. Now, here I am doing my journey all over again!! So, i will be full fledge doing my journey along side with you!!

💪My goal Is to lose another 15 pounds and then tone up!!! 💪

This whole process made me fall in love with myself all over again in 2021 , and it’s what helped my passion to start my business Kreate Your Kurves and im ready to help women and men fall in love with themselves in ways they didn’t think was possible too!
I’ve learned so much along this journey, and I love passing on my knowledge to all of you. I also cant wait to implement new knowledge not only to you but to myself also!

Below is the body wrap I recommend everyone using with the hot sweat cream!!

It’s UNDER $10 a roll on Amazon , you can also buy the rolls in packs of 3!

I recommend using the sweat cream ( or if you don’t have , I do have bottles for sale! )

The sweat cream and the wrap help you sweat specifically in the stomach area , SUPER IMPORTANT for results immediately after your sessions!!

The noninvasive lipo works through the lymphatic system which is excreted through urine, sweat, and f***s!!!

Wrapping yourself daily , a minimum of 30 minutes will boost your system for maximum results along side my other post session instructions !!
