Stretch it out! 🙆♀️🏃♂️
A little stretching goes a long way—especially as we age! Keeping your body flexible and strong can help with mobility, balance, and overall well-being. So, here’s your friendly reminder to take a stretch break!
Here’s what you need:
1⃣ Yoga Mat for Stability
2⃣ Open floor space to move
Try these 2 simple moves:
🙆♀️ Overhead Side Stretch
✅ Stand tall, feet hip-width apart, arms overhead.
✅ Lean gently to one side, hold for 10-30 seconds. Switch sides!
🦵Calf Stretch
✅ Step one foot forward, bend the front knee slightly.
✅ Gently press the back heel into the floor until you feel the stretch. Hold, then switch!
