We're all gearing up to prepare for this holiday season. Please join us in our Holiday Blues workshop! This workshop is designed to help you all get through this holiday season with minimal stress/turmoil. Many individuals struggle with family relationships, grief, trauma etc on a normal basis, however; we understand that the holidays can make all of those feel much more severe.

By attending the workshop, you will have access to our licensed clinician, Monique Bee (for the entire duration of the workshop); you will be awarded a mental health consultation; you will learn various coping skills/techniques; you will be given various mental health resources; you will gain additional support and a network of individuals who have the same struggles as you do; you will receive holiday gift baskets; and lastly you will be taking the initial steps to improve you overall mental well-being.

This is a closed group! Once all spots are full, no one else will be permitted to join!

HURRICANE HELENE RELIEF HELP NEEDED

The Red Cross has hired a tractor trailer from our area to take donations to Asheville. Donations can be dropped off at the Lodge and Kathy will make sure they are delivered to the awaiting truck Friday evening.

Members: Your donations not only greatly help those in need but will also serve as entries into 2 Special $250.00 drawings we will have Friday evening at 8:30 & 9:30 PM (YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT TO WIN). Let's do our part and help fill this truck! Thank you ♥️
