Naomi Rees-Issitt, mother of 18-year-old Jamie Rees, decided to channel her grief from the loss of her son in a way that helped her community. After Rees passed away from cardiac arrest because there was no access to a defibrillator, Rees-Issitt vocalized the need for defibrillators to be installed throughout her town.
