The current location in Salisbury provides patients with a modern office facitlity and convenient location, being equiped with computerized medical records in a comfortable, homey environment. Our goal is to provide the best quality health care for the northwest Connecticut/tri-state region. Dr. Kelly accepts many insurers, including Medicare and CT Husky plan. Health care; we care!

Free Covid tests are available again. The expiration dates have been extended. Good to have with cold and flu season coming up, and with pcr testing getting more costly and difficult to get covered by insurance.

With the fall comes the start of another flu season. We have the high dose flu vaccine ready for patients 65+ and or high risk patients, and will have the regular flu shot by the end of the week.
