Celebrating our teen girls ( She Speaks) and all they accomplished in 2025. Strength built, voices found, and goals crushed. This cake is sweet, but their growth is sweeter!

She speaks Group - through Art music movement and writing. This group focuses on enhancing the self-expression and pure connection through expressive arts. The goal of this group is to help young women find their voice and to use it with grace and strength.

8-Week Therapeutic Program for Adults

Are you or someone you love struggling with grief or loss?
You don’t have to go through it alone. Our supportive, therapist-led group provides a safe space to connect, heal, and find renewed meaning after loss.

✨ What you’ll experience:
✔ Understanding thoughts, emotions & behaviors
✔ Acceptance, self-compassion & emotional support
✔ Family and relationship dynamics
✔ Identity exploration — “Who am I now?”
✔ Trauma and the body’s response
✔ Spirituality, purpose & meaning-making
✔ Rebuilding resilience and rediscovering hope
