The Holistic Hive is where wellness meets community—where licensed clinicians, yoga therapists, artists, families, and change-makers gather to restore balance, build connection, and co-create healing ecosystems that are as diverse and dynamic as the bees themselves.
We are not your average therapy practice. We blend evidence-based mental health care with embodied practices, expressive arts, and inclusive, justice-rooted values. Our hive is bold. It buzzes. And it’s growing.
Your Role in the Hive:
As an LMSW/LGPC therapist, you’ll be part clinician, part collaborator, part change-maker. You’ll provide individual and family therapy services rooted in trauma-informed, strengths-based care. You’ll receive weekly supervision and abundant support to help you grow your clinical wings.
What We’re Looking For:
🐝LMSW or LGPC in Maryland (must be licensed and ready to see clients)
🐝Strong grounding in trauma-informed, client-centered therapy models
🐝Commitment to culturally affirming, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, anti-racist practice
🐝Capacity to work with children, adolescents, and/or families
🐝Comfort with collaborative care and being part of a buzzing interdisciplinary hive
🐝Openness to learning from expressive, somatic, and community-based practices
🐝🐝Bonus nectar: experience in yoga, movement, expressive arts, or working with court-involved youth and families
To Apply:
Send your resume and a short letter of interest to info@the-holistic-hive.com with the subject line: “Therapist Application – LMSW/LGPC”.
Tell us who you are, how you buzz, and what brings you to the hive.
The Holistic Hive is committed to building a healing space that reflects the diversity of our communities.
We especially encourage applicants who are BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, disabled, multilingual, or hold lived experience.
“The work of the hive is not to tame the bee, but to guide the buzz.”
For the Collective Good
We believe in the strength of collective connection and support which drives us to create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for everyone. We acknowledge and honor our interconnectedness to the natural world.
