To have failed one must have tried. When I decided to take control of my health I told myself failure was NOT an option. There have been plenty of “bad” days in the past two years of my journey. Days when I just didn’t feel like it was making a difference. In a world where everything is about instant gratification I wasn’t getting fast results. But, I didn’t get to where I was overnight and I wasn’t going to change overnight either. 2 years later and almost 200 pounds gone. You must take that first step in order to take the second step.
