Today we celebrated the lifes of the patients we lost. Grief is hard and no one fully heals nor do we understand it. Today we reunited with families that let us into their homes and trusted our team to care for their loved ones in the last stages of their lives. Today we celebrated while the patients we took care of rejoiced in Heaven. 💙🤍💙🤍
