There are moments in life when we are reminded that we are following the path that we are meant. Reminders to follow our passion our why. When these happen it’s amazing and encourages us keep going. Last winter I heard this amazing singer lilymeola audition on Americas Got talent. Her original song daydream spoke to me and I decided then I’d have Live your daydream as a tattoo. A wonderful tattoo artist Tanae McAffee Valkyrie Ink came up with a beautiful design but I couldn’t get it yet. Well this past spring at conference guess who the surprise performance was on stage? To say I got goosebumps and yep cried is understatement. Well here’s that tattoo it will remind me to always Live My Daydream and to help others do the same. I’ve also shared the song below ⬇️

Hello,

I wanted to come on here to introduce myself to everyone as I can see we have a lot of new followers. First of all thank you so much following the page it’s greatly appreciated.

My name is Kathy Batterton I’m a Certified Massage Therapist & Cupping Therapist. I became a massage therapist in 1998 attending first Idaho School of Massage in Boise, Idaho and then Myotherapy Institute of Massage in Salt Lake City, Utah.

I’ve had Lemhi Massage Therapy for many years first part time while working other jobs then and to today full time business.

What I love about massage is helping others. Massage is such an amazing tool to help with both physical health and emotional health. Helping the body to take care of itself and improve a persons quality of life.

I hope to add more services and modalities in the future learning more ways to help others improve their health.

I don't know about you all but i'm definitely experiencing the winter blah's lately. The days we have sunshine even when cold I try to get outside soak up that vitamin D. If you're struggling massage can definitely help nice warm room soothing music its like getting away to some place warmer.

It’s been a crazy couple of months. A second office in Challis a new one in Salmon. Two open houses in two weeks 😳 But you know what I’m so blessed I would have never thought I’d have to massage offices. Couple years ago I wasn’t sure I was going to keep doing massage therapy. I was tired a little burnt out and honestly feeling my age. Thankfully I found something that has helped me with my inflammation and energy as well as my overall outlook. So grateful to be where I’m at now and that I can continue to help others. Thank you everyone who has supported not just Lemhi Massage Therapy be me personally through this journey. So excited about the future and things still to come. Follow your dreams and stay true to you and it things will happen.
