When I need a resource to check in with myself and the Divine, tarot has always brought comfort. new deck, My Friend Fire has mental health as a keystone and has been a needed support for me.
My heart is so heavy, watching while our country breaks apart, precious lives are lost and fear is running blind. As a mother, healer and social worker I wholeheartedly believe this is not sustainable and we will find a way through, lay the new foundation for a more compassionate, inclusive and balanced system. I have no doubt the hard work is just beginning but I also have strong faith and hope in a future that will be better for ALL of our children. Call your senators, donate to helpers if possible, pray for EVERYONE ON BOTH SIDES, dance, sing, journal, create, access your joy and dig deep to build stronger no ties in LOVE and connection for we are stronger when we remember, and behave in ways that honor that we are all ONE!

Whew, life snuck up and my plans were redirected promptly in August. I’ve been in full mom and healing mode since.
I wanted to say hello and post an update: I’m still recovering and will begin easing into offering sessions and sound journeys again in the coming weeks/months.
I had my baby a month early due to a severe form of pre-eclampsia called HELLP syndrome. Thankfully the wonderful team at Community Medical Center in Missoula were able to keep our 3rd son and myself safe as my body navigated the scariest experience of my life.

I’m still processing and will definitely be incorporating some new insights and offerings after this life changing time.
