Rivers, oceans, thunder storms, puddles and pools have been a part of most of my cherished memories. I’ve made a point to pass my love on to my children as well.

Happy March!
I needed to connect with myself today, so I did a spread and thought I share a card. The Flower of Stones (pentacles) from the Gentle Tarot.

The full moon shined down on me last night while driving home from an appointment in Montana. She sure is impressive.

I’m excited to share a new Reiki class in April. If you’re curious about Reiki’s energy and would like to know more, this class is a great way to start. This offering is also helpful for those who have experienced Reiki and would like to learn ways to weave it into their daily life.

I finally got to have knee surgery! I’m looking forward to walking and bending normally again in a few weeks. In the meantime I’m taking a little break from social.

When I need a resource to check in with myself and the Divine, tarot has always brought comfort. new deck, My Friend Fire has mental health as a keystone and has been a needed support for me.
My heart is so heavy, watching while our country breaks apart, precious lives are lost and fear is running blind. As a mother, healer and social worker I wholeheartedly believe this is not sustainable and we will find a way through, lay the new foundation for a more compassionate, inclusive and balanced system. I have no doubt the hard work is just beginning but I also have strong faith and hope in a future that will be better for ALL of our children. Call your senators, donate to helpers if possible, pray for EVERYONE ON BOTH SIDES, dance, sing, journal, create, access your joy and dig deep to build stronger no ties in LOVE and connection for we are stronger when we remember, and behave in ways that honor that we are all ONE!
