Reiki and sound together or separate offer a beautiful space to practice slowing down and really allowing what you want and need to surface and then you get to choose how to proceed.

Whew, life snuck up and my plans were redirected promptly in August. I’ve been in full mom and healing mode since.
I wanted to say hello and post an update: I’m still recovering and will begin easing into offering sessions and sound journeys again in the coming weeks/months.
I had my baby a month early due to a severe form of pre-eclampsia called HELLP syndrome. Thankfully the wonderful team at Community Medical Center in Missoula were able to keep our 3rd son and myself safe as my body navigated the scariest experience of my life.

I’m still processing and will definitely be incorporating some new insights and offerings after this life changing time.
