With the recent spike in Covid cases in Lemhi County and the close contact nature of my business, I have made the difficult decision to remain closed until Spring 2021. I will, however, still be selling herbs and supplements with no or minimal contact. Please call or text my number preferably about a week before you anticipate needed your supplements and I will make arrangements for you to get them. Thank you.

I AM OUT OF THE OFFICE UNTIL 8/18!! As quite a few of you know, I have been very sick and quarantining the last 10 days. I appreciate the many people who sent well wishes, food, and were so understanding of having to get rescheduled. Unfortunately there was one New Patient I forgot to call. That makes me crazy, as I HATE to disappoint anyone or cause inconvenience in any way. SO... just in case there was more than one....IF YOU have an appointment to see me this week (8/11-8/14) and I haven’t called you, DON’T COME FOR YOUR APPT!! Just shoot me off a text and I will get you back on the books. So sorry for the inconvenience.

After so many negatives of Covid in our community and no positives I decided to do a little research. I found this on the Quest Labs website and I don’t want to rain on anyone’s parade, but are we retesting the negatives? I’m all for having zero cases in Lemhi County but according to Quest Labs themselves, this is what they have to say about negative results. This is in info given to facilities with the test kits
“Quest Diagnostics Infectious Disease laboratory must follow the standard confirmatory testing and reporting guidelines according to their appropriate public health authorities.
***What does it mean if the specimen tests not detected for the virus that causes COVID-19?
A not detected (negative) test result for this test means that SARS- CoV-2 RNA was not present in the specimen above the limit of detection. However, a negative result does not rule out COVID-19 and should not be used as the sole basis for treatment or patient management decisions. A negative result does not exclude the possibility of COVID-19.
When testing is negative, the possibility of a false negative result should be considered in the context of a patient’s recent exposures and the presence of clinical signs and symptoms consistent with COVID-19. The possibility of a false negative result should especially be considered if the patient’s recent exposures or clinical presentation indicate that COVID-19 is likely, and tests for other causes of illness (eg, other respiratory illness) are negative. If COVID-19 is still suspected based on exposure history together with other clinical findings, re-testing should be considered in consultation with public health authorities.
Risks to a patient of a false negative include delayed or lack of supportive treatment, lack of monitoring of infected individuals and their household or other close contacts for symptoms resulting in increased risk of spread of COVID-19 within the community, or other unintended adverse events.”

Seriously important info for Covid-19, Influenza, all of it! Get through the first minute or so, he’s very passionate about this! Lol. But the supplement facts are real, and he doesn’t care if you buy his stuff or not, he just wants you to get the right stuff. If you are under 50 and healthy you are more than likely fine, but the rest of us, especially if you already have health issues need to be more cautious. The elderly need to be A LOT more cautious and if you have an elderly person in your family, STEP UP AND HELP!!! Get the word out peeps! And be careful out there!
