River of No Return Physical Therapy Clinic Outpatient physical therapy clinic located in Salmon, ID open 5 days a week. We are open Monday through Friday.

River of No Return Physical Therapy is a privately owned outpatient physical therapy clinic in Salmon, Idaho. Everything in the clinic is wheelchair accessible. The therapists are trained to treat a wide variety of diagnosis. Recent additions to the clinic include body weight supported treadmill training, functional neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES), and instrument assisted soft-tissue m

obilization (IASTM). In recent years, the therapists have been traveling around the country to pursue training by the American BackPain Center and American Headache Institute and are now offering specialized and up to date treatments for headache, vertigo and spinal pain. The clinic offers pre-operative appointments at no charge to educate and prepare patients for
reconstruction or total joint arthroplasty, for surgical patients who will be receiving their rehab at River of No Return Physical Therapy. River of No Return Physical Therapy networks with local and regional physicians to provide the most appropriate and up to date physical therapy treatments to a wide variety of patients. River of No Return PT’s mission is to help you be your best physically and emotionally.

UNITED HEALTHCARE INSURANCE

Due to difficulties communicating with United Healthcare, and per visit reimbursement being lower than per visit expenses, we have made the difficult decision to go out of network with United Healthcare.

We will officially be out of network effective November 11, 2024.

We would like to welcome Kylie Spotts, PT, DPT to the River of No Return Physical Therapy team. Kylie is originally from Florence, South Carolina (SC) and is a 2023 graduate of Anderson University located in Anderson, SC. She and her husband, Patrick, are now experiencing life in Salmon. Kylie enjoys traveling, hiking and attempting to ski the bunny slopes in the winter.
Kylie was a student here at River if No Return Physical Therapy. We are so happy she decided to stay in Salmon and join our team.
