Hi! 👋 If you’re new here, I’m so glad you found your way to this space. I’m Brielle Rich—massage therapist, yoga teacher, anatomy nerd, and certified giggler 😂💆♀️
Here are 10 things about me so we can get to know each other better:
1. I went through yoga teacher training in 2019, and it completely changed how I connect to my body—and others’.
2. I’m a massage therapist who’s obsessed with how the body works and how everything is connected.
3. I love to move—especially dancing! 💃 Movement is medicine, joy, and release.
4. Being by water—ocean, river, lake, hot springs—is my happy place. 💦
5. I’m the oldest daughter, so yes, I’ve got that “get-it-done, hold-it-all” energy (and I’m unlearning some of that too).
6. I laugh a lot—and it’s not quiet. If you’ve been in my treatment room, you’ve probably heard it 😅
7. I like to take my time. My work is slow, intentional, and deeply tuned in—because you deserve care that isn’t rushed.
8. I get overstimulated by certain fabrics and change outfits multiple times a day. Sensory self-care is real!
9. I’m terrified of spiders 🕷️ but try to let them live their lives… from a safe distance.
10. My work is about more than muscles and movement—it’s about helping you come home to your body.
