01/13/2025

Our research team at the University of Utah and the Huntsman Mental Health Institute is recruiting people with depression for a research study. Participants should be between ages 18 through 65 and have depression that has not responded to an existing antidepressant (an SSRI or SNRI). The study provides two nutritional supplements that may help improve depression while you're taking your antidepressant (SSRI or SNRI). It includes visits with a psychiatrist, lab work, two MRI scans, and compensation. The study lasts 12 weeks and many visits can happen remotely. Please contact us if you might be interested in participating. Email hailey.nielson@utah.edu or call 801-581-3475.
