✨ Discover how Internal Family Systems (IFS) combined with K3t4mine therapy can lead to a deeper more healing journey.

Join us for IFS integration group therapy for K3t4mine patients starting this Thursday. It is an 8-week course to explore how connecting with different parts of yourself can bring lasting transformation.

DATE: Thursday, Nov 14, 2024 and every following Thursday. We will skip holidays such as Nov 28th and Dec 26th. We will resume the sessions following these holidays.

TIME: 2:30pm - 4:00pm

LOCATION: Therapeutic Alternatives in West Jordan

COST: 4 private k3t4mine sessions + 8 week group IFS for $1,400 or 8 private k3t4mine sessions + 8 week group IFS for $2,400

IFS THERAPISTS: Tres Hatch, CMHC and Sarah Windes, CMHC

DETAILS: IFS Level 2 trained Tres Hatch, CMHC, and IFS-informed Sarah Windes, CMHC, partner with Therapeutic Alternatives to host Group IFS-K3t4mine Integration.

Participants will choose from a series of 4 or 8 private k3t4mine sessions that will be followed up with eight weeks of Group IFS sessions.

K3t4mine sessions can be done on Mon, Tues, or Wed before Thursday’s Group IFS sessions. Because k3t4mine allows neuroplasticity in the brain, it is important to receive treatment near an IFS session.
