Adding sound healing into our extended savasana creates an extra layer of relaxation and rejuvenation. We know how intimidating it can be to walk into a yoga class as a newbie… that’s why we offer this free community class every Sunday at 8:30 AM! It is a safe and supportive space for learning, vulnerability, and growth! The class is taught by rotating instructors who are completing their Yoga Teacher Training certification thru so they are learning right alongside you! We hope you will consider joining us or send someone our way who could benefit from an INTRO TO YOGA class!🥰🙏
