This week has been so busy and chaotic and it’s been nice to take a step back today and focus on what is most important to me.

With Thanksgiving coming up this week, it’s an amazing time to take a minute and think about what you’re truly grateful for and what is most important for you.

Everyday this week take a few minutes to think of one or two things you are grateful for and write it down in a journal, share it with a friend, or post it on social media.

⭐️Recognizing blessings and showing gratitude benefits your life and health in so many ways.

You get to decide today and everyday if you will be a victim in your life or a victor.

A victim mentality will hold you back from success. A victim only focuses on the problems around them and asks, ”why me?”.

With a victor mentality, you cannot fail. A victor loos within themselves to find confidence and solutions, no matter the obstacle.

Hard things are always going to happen in life, but when we confidently look for solutions and know that we are going to succeed, nothing can knock us down or make us stray from our goals.

If you struggle doing push-ups, adding a band around your upper arms is incredibly helpful while you work on form and gaining muscle.

Push-ups use your chest, triceps, shoulders, and core all at the same time so it will take time to strengthen all of those muscles so that you can do them without the band. This is a great tool to use to help you reach your goals!
