You can expect an educational and interactive environment where you'll learn the basic components of a medical kit, corresponding Eastern alternatives, and some improvised "wilderness hacks" to get you prepared to stay safe and have fun in the mountains.
Highlights of topics we'll cover include:
* Deciding what to include in your medical kit
* Eastern alternatives to treat common ailments you'll encounter in the backcountry
* Wound care in the backcountry
* Making improvised slings, sunglasses, and mountaineering glasses
* Make your own medical kit to take on your next adventure!
