Exciting news!
Not only am I back in SLC for good, but I’ve overhauled my website, added lots of offerings, put yoga classes on YouTube, and got a new logo!
Welcome to the next phase of evolution, for myself and for anyone who choose to work with me.
We got big things ahead to alchemize into healing and I’m beyond stoked to do this work!

You read that right. I’m in SLC for a few days and that means it’s time for some sweaty moves and sweet beats.
Location: 4578s highland drive, suite 100 (Millcreek)
Time: 630-730PM
Cost: by donation (if you’re a PHM member this is part of your membership)

Bike challenge update! 👇🏼
We’re postponing the challenge until fall.
There are many reasons some of the big ones:
-this heat wave is no joke and biking in 100+ degree weather isn’t fun and fun is rule #1. Plus, I care about your safety and don’t want you to die of a heat stroke getting those goal numbers.
-I’m wandering around in my truck (and frankly I don’t want to come back to 100 degree days, sorry not sorry)
In the meantime stay cool, train when you can, and we’ll get some serious miles in this fall (when everyone is in prime bike shape)
Also, send me your favorite bike trails and where you want to ride and we’ll make this a true community adventure!

My heart always skips a beat when students move their own way!
I’m heading off to live in nature and park yoga will be more on a pop up basis, meaning anytime I’m in town I’ll teach at least 1 class, maybe more. So keep an eye on IG for the next park session!

Registration is now open! (Link in bio)
Your 30 day bike challenge goes from July 15-August 14.
You’ll have 2 options for registration.
A solo challenge is for those that live outside the mountain west and/or just want to to their own thing.
The group challenge is for those who want to take some weekend bike trips, weekday rides, and want lots of motivation (and some friendly competition) from the crew.
Let’s talk goal numbers. It’s personal. Choose something that will make you grow but don’t kill yourself doing it. After all, you’re just riding bikes, it’s not that serious 🤪
This is all about having fun, getting stronger, meeting rad humans, and getting outside of your comfort zones.
So grab your friends, pick your number, and let’s do the damn thing! 🤘🏼

Do you loooove biking? Are you looking to do hard things? Perfect, because I’m putting together a 30 day bike challenge starting mid July.
Here’s the scoop: you have 30 days to bike however many miles you want in the mountains. You choose whatever mileage works for you and your life. Could be 100 miles, could be 300 or any other number you want. whatever you number is OWN it.
Then we’ll add everyone’s mileage goals up and create a community goal and that’s the grand total we’re all aiming for as a crew. Which means bring friends! Because we’re stronger together!
I’ll plan weekend bike trips to some of the best trails around Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming. Attend all weekends or none, always your choice.
Start thinking about your number and keep an eye out for more details and registration!
