🌬 The journey begins with the powerful practice of Heliocentric Breathwork, a profound technique that uses circular breath to deeply oxygenate our bodies and enter a parasympathetic state. This process allows us to release tension, stress, and emotional blockages, clearing the path for a more profound connection to our inner selves.

💫 Breathing in unity, we set the stage for the upcoming Shamanic Journey. The enhanced state of consciousness achieved through Heliocentric Breathwork prepares us to venture deep into the realms of our heart's garden.

🪘 The repetitive drumming will then begin, bringing us into a theta state where our Shamanic Journey will take place. During this transformative adventure, we will enter our heart's garden - a sacred space within, where we can find solace from the outside world and gain profound insights about our authentic selves.
