“ I just completed the 14-Day Glow Up Challenge, and I’m blown away by the results! After having a colonoscopy last October, the prep completely wrecked my gut, and I spent over 90 days spiraling backward with my diet and exercise. I felt stuck, but this challenge brought me back in the game!

As someone with past injuries from a car accident, I modified the workouts by doing just one set of each exercise but increased my reps as I progressed. Even with these adjustments, I saw incredible changes—my belly is down, the bloating is gone, my b***y is smaller, my hips are slimming, and my arms are firming up!

The combination of intermittent fasting (4 days a week), targeted glutes and abs workouts, my NCT products for metabolism and energy, staying hydrated with 8 glasses of water daily, and eating high-protein, balanced meals made all the difference. Not only did my body transform, but my energy levels soared, my sleep improved, and I feel amazing! This challenge was exactly what I needed to reset and feel like myself again!”
