In my industry, I encounter two types of people. Those who have every intention to achieve results and those who let distractions derail them. The man in this video doesn’t succumb to distractions or excuses. He’s had more surgeries than an NFL linebacker yet remains committed to his goals.

He’s part of my group of remarkable individuals aged 75 and above, whom I’ve named He’s one of my “4-gotten one’s™”—75 years young. I’ll let this video tell his story, but remember this. it’s never too late, and you’re never too old—Not On my watch !

It's people between the ages of 70 to 85 who have been conditioned to think there’s no hope of being able to be flexible, gain muscle, and feel fully alive again. I’m helping them have what I coined as an “out-of-age experience”. That will help them “change their story”

I’m on a mission to help what I call the “forgotten ones” “Change Their Story” to experience what I coined as an “out-of-age experience” like your grandmother, the ones society says should stay away from the weight room and avoid heavy lifting. Or that you can’t put on muscle at a certain age. At 75, she’s fit—there's no old lady here! Stop believing the hype!
