Snow, Rain or Sunshine. 🤍
Mind your mental health.
Make yourself a priority. ✨
Rain or Shine.
Today & for the next few days, we anticipate rain. But even in the mist of rain, there is an opportunity for beauty.
Our mind, our body and our soul are powerful! Everything we do moving forward & in showing up is a choice. We can choose to respond rather than react… in our thoughts, our attitudes, our actions.
And it can all start with a question...
What would it feel like to be grounded? What would it feel like to be balanced? What is needed of me today?
Posing these questions does wondrous things for the body. In this space there is opportunity for your mind to begin visualizing you in that state, in your surroundings. Then the emotion sets in.. Gratitude, love, joy & even enthusiasm to seek activities that support you.
Focus on the daily activities that will serve you.
For me, it looks like this:
I Choose Meditation. I choose Gratitude (Spoken out loud!) I choose limiting media & instead choosing a positive uplifting podcast, music that excites me and gets my body moving in a way that feels good. I choose longer showers or soaks in the tub. I choose longer walks or a hike with my tribe, reading a good book or endless hours of Magic ( the card game!... or is it…? ;) Planning my companion garden.
Choosing things that sustain or raise my frequency so I can be more of service to my family and to others.
Your smile isn’t the only thing that is contagious. Choosing JOY & the activities that support you, makes you more likely to want & better serve others. But in this case, everyone benefits, your cup remains filled and you may be the light & positivity, and answer someone needed today.
