my job is to offer calm, powerful, healing reiki energy. your job is to accept and receive this energy. as always, all healing is self healing. you decide what level you are ready to release & renew as I guide you through the process.

reiki brings you into the parasympathetic nervous system, the rest & digest state. this is beneficial to the body 100% of the time because it helps you access a deep state of calm, peaceful energy offering healing to your mind, body, and spirit.
