Microsoft will officially end support for Windows 10 on October 14, 2025. After this date, Windows 10 will no longer receive security updates, patches, or technical support, which could leave your systems vulnerable to security risks and performance issues.

To ensure the continued security, stability, and performance of your workstations, we strongly recommend that you plan for an update or upgrade to Windows 11 Pro before the end-of-life deadline.

Keep it short, less than 15 seconds so patients can quickly get the needed information.

Provide just enough information to get patients interested, so they can follow up with more questions if they need.

Make sure to update them at a regular interval so your patients always have the most recent information.

With support from Microsoft is ending later this year, SmartCos will no longer support installations of our product on Windows 10 after 2025. We encourage you to update to Windows 11 to get all the latest features from us moving forward!

Emergencies happen. Remember if you need to close your pharmacy unexpectedly due to an emergency, you can enable "emergency mode" in your IVR. You can do this over the phone or using the web tools, so your customers can hear a custom message from you regarding the situation.

After more than 25 years of dedicated service, Travis Smith, our Vice President of Sales and Marketing, will be retiring from Smart (Smartcos/Smart Solutions, Inc.) on December 31, 2024.
