Keep it short, less than 15 seconds so patients can quickly get the needed information.

Provide just enough information to get patients interested, so they can follow up with more questions if they need.

Make sure to update them at a regular interval so your patients always have the most recent information.

A reminder from the SmartCos team that Windows 10 is coming to the end of its life. With support from Microsoft is ending later this year, SmartCos will no longer support installations of our product on Windows 10 after 2025. We encourage you to update to Windows 11 to get all the latest features from us moving forward!

Emergencies happen. Remember if you need to close your pharmacy unexpectedly due to an emergency, you can enable "emergency mode" in your IVR. You can do this over the phone or using the web tools, so your customers can hear a custom message from you regarding the situation.

After more than 25 years of dedicated service, Travis Smith, our Vice President of Sales and Marketing, will be retiring from Smart (Smartcos/Smart Solutions, Inc.) on December 31, 2024. Travis has been an integral part of our company and has played a significant role in our growth and success. We are grateful for his hard work, dedication, and leadership over the years. We wish him all the best in this next phase of his journey and hope that he enjoys a well-deserved retirement!
