Alliance House provides a supportive community where adults with mental illnesses can rediscover themselves and be treated with respect.

Visit Members of Alliance House to see lunch menus, activities, and more! An accredited Clubhouse supporting Members with Education, Transitional and Supportive Employment, safe and affordable Housing. We also offer worthwhile and varied volunteer opportunities.

What a moment! We're honored to have our friends from Charterhouse Clubhouse with us for two weeks of training. They recently received the fantastic news that they have been officially accredited by Clubhouse International. This makes them the very first accredited Clubhouse in Virginia! We celebrated this major milestone by having them add a pin to our world map, joining a community of over 380 Clubhouses. Welcome to the family!

Alliance House is excited to announce our Annual Milestone Fundraiser. This fundraiser is supported with a generous matching grant from the George S. And Delores Dore Eccles Foundation. Please support us in meeting our goal!

Alliance House utilizes funds raised to ensure that we are able to serve any adult living with mental illness, including those who are not eligible for insurance. We are thankful for all of your support!

Alliance House member Dionne worked at Jersey Mike's for two years and then had a six month gap in employment. He thought a transitional employment position would be a good re-entry to employment. As Dionne noted "Looking for a job can be stressful, it was nice to have Alliance House staff make the selection for this job." Dionne came to the Clubhouse regularly and engaged in side by side work, demonstrating his desire to work. We want to wish Dionne all the best in his new position at Goodwill.

Alliance House brought a team of 27 people to St. George for the Utah Clubhouse Conference, where over 100 Clubhouse individuals were in attendance.

We presented in 4 workshops (for 5 or our individuals it was their first time presenting at a conference).

Clubhouse Utah Conference is a professional conference where 3 days are spent learning and supporting the Clubhouse model in Utah.

Thank you to the Utah State Office of Substance Use and Mental Health for all of their support!

An Alliance House member, Ethan, advocated for funding for peer recovery programs last week before the Utah Behavioral Health Commission. Members advocating for support and having the platform to share their voice is an integral part of the Clubhouse program.

Standard #20 States:
Members have the opportunity to participate in all the work of the Clubhouse, including administration, research, enrollment and orientation, reach out, hiring, training and evaluation of staff, public relations, advocacy and evaluation of Clubhouse effectiveness.

Did you know there are six Clubhouses across Utah? These include New Reflections House in Tooele, Journey House in Layton, Wasatch House in Provo, Elev8 in St. George, Alliance House in Salt Lake City, and Summit County Clubhouse in Park City. Each year, these Clubhouses come together in a collaborative, three-day Utah Clubhouse Conference dedicated to strengthening and advancing the Clubhouse Model of Rehabilitation throughout the state.
