HOUSE MANAGER
We are looking for a reliable, full time house manger to manage and oversee other CNA/Caregivers in addition to providing care to our clients. The house manager will work with other staff members to ensure client satisfaction and consistent quality of care. This position requires someone who is caring, organized and can work independently and as a team. In order to be qualified for this position, we are looking for someone with strong staff management experience in addition to several years of care experience. The right candidate will have the ability to tactfully communicate with employees, clients and other office staff as needs arise. Excellent time management and documentation skills are imperative. A calm and positive demeanor as well as the ability to de-escalate situations is also a requirement. This position involves working with multiple kids with disabilities, so you must be comfortable in that setting and possess excellent professional boundaries.
