🎯 Real Talk About Healing + Habits (and yep, BLOAT)
Let’s clear something up…
✨ Healing isn’t linear.
✨ Habits aren’t always pretty.
✨ And bloat? Oh honey, bloat is not just a “bad lunch”, sometimes it’s your body waving a red flag.
This photo? That’s my belly after getting glutened.
But here’s the real talk:
You don’t have to have celiac disease (like me) for your body to react like this. Bloating, cramping, nausea, foggy brain, skin flares…
These are all signs your gut is screaming, “SOS!”
And guess what? You’re not broken. You’re not crazy. And no, you don’t have to live like this forever.
Healing is possible. But it doesn’t come from just cutting out foods and crossing your fingers. It comes from learning how to actually support your gut with habits that serve you (not stress you out).
Here’s what healing looks like in real life:
👉 Falling off track and choosing to start again.
👉 Listening to your body, not just your cravings.
👉 Choosing rest. Choosing nourishment. Choosing YOU.
