According to research, writing is a great way to process the distracting thoughts in your mind. Why? One reason is that the act of writing and coming up with words for your experience (both the actual description and how it felt) while writing essentially rewires the memory from a chaotic feeling and into a narrative memory. Anyways, it is worth a try if your finding your mind dwelling in ways that you no longer want.

If you try to ignore fear, it can suddenly take control of your mind like Vecna in so, we have to address the pull fear has on us, how it distorts our thinking, how it changes our emotions, how it changes our inner dialogue, and how it distorts our perception. Then we can return to more strategic and focused action. In therapy we address the problematic triggers and the reactions that exist in your life. You decide what is problematic for you and you decide what triggers and reactions you want to change. I just help you make that change.
