Birth Doula Services and certified Birth Boot Camp Instructor As a doula it is my privilege to witness the miracle of birth.

My role as a birth doula is to support women and their families during pregnancy, birth, and the beginning stages of parenting. One of my main goals is to help create a safe and satisfying birth experience during labor and delivery. I draw on my knowledge and experience as a doula and mother to provide informational and emotional support, as well as physical comfort. Many studies have shown that there are significant benefits to having a doula including a reduction in the number of cesareans, shorter births, and less use of Pitocin, analgesia, and forceps. It is an honor and pleasure to work with families during this special of their lives.

Okay, so I may not come in a plastic box (thankfully), but this little image pretty much sums up what I do- and I wouldn't trade it for anything.
