Okay, so I may not come in a plastic box (thankfully), but this little image pretty much sums up what I do- and I wouldn't trade it for anything.

As a childbirth educator, I teach couples how to prepare for one of the biggest moments of their lives. I talk about everything from contractions to comfort measures, interventions to newborn care - and my favorite part is seeing people transform from nervous and unsure to confident and ready.
