Each week, weβll come together for a gentle, trauma-informed yoga practice designed to calm the nervous system, ease anxious thoughts, and support emotional well-being.
Paired with guided reflection, supportive group discussions, and take-home practices, this series offers practical skills to help reduce stress, lift mood, and create lasting resilience.
