Full Circle Yoga and Therapy is a unique center for life-transformation that combines evidence-based therapeutic interventions, yoga, & mindfulness. We have recruited a talented and highly-trained team of therapists, support staff, and independent yoga teachers that is committed to providing our members with a welcoming and fulfilling experience so that each person who comes through our doors can develop a clear path for achieving their desired goals. We are proud to offer affordable and welcoming yoga to the Salt Lake and surrounding areas with drop-in class rates at just $15 per class, 10 class passes for $110, and 5-class passes for $65, with additional discounts for first responders (fire, police, EMT). We offer individual, group, family and couples therapy/counseling and can usually get new clients in within 10 days for an initial consultation.

Sarah Mohanavilasam (she/her) is a Certified Social Worker who blends evidence-based therapy with a deep appreciation for nature and human resilience. Originally from the Ozarks of Missouri, Sarah moved to Utah for work and quickly fell in love with the Wasatch Mountains. Her connection to the outdoors continues to shape her therapeutic approach today.

She draws from a range of evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, and motivational interviewing. Her approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and rooted in the belief that every individual holds the wisdom to lead their own healing journey.

Sarah is currently accepting new clients for therapy in Salt Lake City and online throughout Utah. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, she offers a warm, collaborative space to heal, grow, and move forward with clarity.
