When you're discharged from the hospital--but you're not quite ready to return to your own home, come stay at ours! We'll give you the best in physical, occupational, and speech therapy--as well as skilled, caring nursing services. Meadow Brook is a certified Medicare and Medicaid community and accepts reimbursement from many managed care and HMO plans.
