What a blast celebrating with Highland Care Center today! This facility recently received a 5-star rating from Medicare, so they hosted a great carnival for the community. We joined them for fun with the dunk tank, petting zoo, inflatables, face painting, balloons, food, giveaways, and more!

A special thanks to all the community partners who joined us in hosting, and a shoutout to all the staff who have worked so hard to achieve this rating!

It's been 5 years since we started working with the Southwest Montana Veterans Home! Through groundbreaking, construction, hiring and now operating all 5 cottages, we've loved every minute of the growth process. We loved spending time with their team this week!

Meet the team at Prairie Heights, our winner of the 2024 Facility of the Year award! Since introducing the award last year, this group snagged the title back-to-back years, and is coming for it again in 2025.

There's extensive scoring criteria that goes into this award, but it comes down to our three key pillars of facility success: Clinical, Cultural, and Financial outcomes. Prairie Heights has consistently led the way with their results, and we were thrilled to recognize them at our company Summit in April. Congratulations to this amazing group!

This year's Texas HR Spring Retreat theme was "Culture is Everything." We discussed strategies and tactics to increase the wellness of our selves and our employees, learned the many ways to show compassion in our facilities and communities, discussed how all stakeholders experience is improved if we challenge ourselves to push beyond expectations, and doing so will provide the result of a better culture in each facility.
