A lot of people think that the purpose of PT is to walk out of your appointment with everything that was wrong with you suddenly fixed... while sometimes that's the case if there's an acute issue that we need to address, the real thing we need to talk about is the work you put in outside of our appointments.

During your appointment we may do manual therapy, a few exercises together, or even dry needling. We'll also make plans for your own exercises at home, and adjust those as needed in future appointments. That's where the real change happens!
