Swaddling an infant during bathing helps to decrease behavioral stress and decrease hypothermia compared to traditional bathing methods. In order to accommodate the needs of your hospital, we offer 3 types of swaddle bathing blankets:

• Fleece reusable
• Non-woven disposable
• Cotton flannel reusable

The TurtleTub infant bath kits include bathtubs and accessories. The primary differences among the kits are the size of the blanket and the size of the scalp brush. The small blanket and small scalp brush are ideal for preemies and infants less than 6 lbs. Our small scalp brush resembles a toothbrush, but it functions as an efficient scalp brush for small heads. The large size swaddle blanket and the brush and comb set are intended for full term babies greater than 6 lbs.

We understand the importance of maintaining infant body temperature especially during and after a bath. Our swaddle bath blankets have been designed for optimal size, comfort and most importantly heat retention.
