Dr. Jim Van Slooten (6/28/54-11/21/14) opened Holladay Chiropractic in 1978 with sincere intent to serve his community through chiropractic care. His ambition to serve families from all walks of life, along with his aspiration to offer excellent care at an affordable fee, developed a reputation and atmosphere of genuine service. Since then, Holladay Chiropractic has become a beacon of hope and standard of chiropractic excellence. Dr. Erik Van Slooten, (Dr. Jim's son), now serves as Clinic Director, continuing the legacy. As ever, it remains our passion to help you attain optimal health through chiropractic care. We'd love the opportunity to care for you and your family!

How would you answer this?!?

Our patients had a lot of fun learning how an adjustment is like the game KerPlunk.

The sticks are like subluxations. They inhibit the ability of the brain and the body to communicate correctly (the marbles to fall). Each adjustment removes subluxations, allowing the body to better communicate. And subluxations aren’t just about pain- they can show up in many ways, including digestive issues, anxiety and depression, trouble sleeping, poor coordination…the list goes on.

We have been blown away by the generosity of our patients over the past 2 weeks! Well, we’ve always known our patients are amazing 😉.

We are focusing on “Back” to School. Chiropractic isn’t just for adults and we want to check the little ones in our community! So while our patients are giving “back”, we are going “back” to school and checking the spines of your little ones!

(We will continue collecting school supplies through the beginning of August if you would like to donate monetarily or with school supplies).

During the month of July, we will be collecting supplies for schools in our community. We believe in the power of community and we want to help nurture the students and teachers in the coming school year.
