Pause on the longest night of the year to rest, reflect, and honor the inner light that carries us through change.

This newly created restorative practice features grounding movement, intentional breathwork, and meaningful solstice rituals, offering maximum energetic and emotional impact for this birth of the new season.

These gatherings are offered by donation (suggested is $20/person) and are designed to foster love, belonging, and grounded presence through the shared joy of live music.

The Salt Lake Buddhist Fellowship held a beautiful memorial service at Vitalize Communit Studio on Sunday for Cameron Nelson, a member of the Sangha who died in July.
