I recently had a hair transplant procedure with Dr. Barton, and the entire experience far exceeded my expectations in every way. From the first interaction to post-procedure care, every detail was handled with exceptional professionalism, care, and precision.
The communication leading up to the procedure was incredible. Eric was phenomenal — responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure I felt informed and comfortable. He answered every question promptly and thoroughly. He truly made me feel like I was his top priority. His level of customer care is something you rarely find. Also, the staff made sure you knew how to prepare and sent emails and texts along the way to keep you on track for the procedure. There is no such thing as an unknown with Dr. Barton and his staff. Everything is covered in detail well in advance.
I was incredibly impressed by the facility. It was beautiful, modern, and absolutely spotless. Dr. Barton and his staff value cleanliness and comfort.
My procedure took quite a long time; however, the entire staff worked tirelessly without a single complaint. Their energy, focus, and positive attitudes was nothing short of impressive. Also, the teamwork throughout the day was stellar. Dr. Barton and his team work well together and operate at a very high level. Even after a long day, it remained clear that they didn’t just see me as a patient, but as a person they genuinely cared about and wanted to make happy.
Dr. Barton himself was nothing short of exceptional. His attention to detail, calm demeanor, and genuine care for my comfort and outcome were evident from the second I met him. He took the time to explain each step, answer any lingering questions, and made sure I was completely at ease. The design phase is where you start to see just how artistic and talented he is in this field. Dr. Barton is truly an artist with incredible skill and craftsmanship. His passion for his work and commitment to excellence truly sets him apart. He is absolutely meticulous in all that he does, and as one of his patients, you appreciate him more and more as the day goes on. Dr. Barton never left my side. He performed every bit of the surgery himself. My case was more difficult than most, as I have a scalp condition (CVG) that makes my scalp thicker and results in creases throughout my head. Dr. Barton knew just how to address it and was familiar with how to combat this type of case. It was so comforting to know that Dr. Barton was my surgeon and had experience in dealing with CVG cases. After a really long day, he himself went through the post op care and finished up the day with me. Most doctors would have staff do this part. Not him, you are the most important part of his day when you are his patient. Dr. Barton was meant to do this work. I am confident that Dr. Barton is the very best in the business. I have told, and will continue to tell, people that they better get on his schedule soon. It won’t be long before he is booked out for years. Don’t wait to go see him or you will regret waiting any longer.
In the end, this wasn’t just a medical procedure — it was a top-tier experience from the first inquiry email to walking out to my car after the procedure. If you're considering a hair transplant, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Barton and his team. You won’t find better care, communication, attention to detail, or results anywhere else. I did a lot of research before going here, and without question, Dr. Barton and his team are the best. I will be going back in a few months to do the crown of my head, and I can’t wait to do it all again with Dr. Barton and his staff.
