✨ January Focus: Inflammation & Blood Sugar Balance ✨
At Woodruff Health & Wellness, we’re starting the new year with intention. This month, our focus is on inflammation—what drives it, how it impacts our health, and most importantly, how we can reduce it for good.
One of the most powerful (and often overlooked) ways to manage inflammation is by monitoring and supporting healthy blood sugar levels. Blood sugar swings can quietly fuel inflammation, fatigue, hormone imbalance, and more.
To help educate and empower you, I’ll be using a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) this month as a teaching tool—sharing real-time insights, patterns, and practical takeaways you can apply to your own life. My goal is to make this information approachable, actionable, and supportive for everyone. 💛
