I have just launched a course on self-love that I want to share with you!
I’ve been training myself in self-love for 50+ years. I’ve been married, divorced, disappointed, anxious and alone. I’ve been a mother, mentor, lover, and wife.
Now, I am living my best life, and I help my clients do the same. The key?

My mentor said to me, “Jan, I notice when I love myself, all my relationships seem to fall into place.” That unlocked my inner desire to take the reins in my life by changing the one person I could change: me.
